Okay so i have health anxiety and im trying to stop myslef from self diagnosing myself. but i have a real heavy head and alot of pressure ive had this before with my anxiety, but a day ago i went to the doctors after i had tonsolitis and he said i have a bit of ear congestion and i was wondering if this heavy pressure in my head could be related to that ?? like sinus's. bit scared... as usual.

anyone know or experienced this? please i dont want to google this and get myself more anxious ??

That's very normal. When I get a cold, my head feels very heavy and like my face is going to explode. Decongestants work great to relieve the pressure. Your fine:)

No problem. Just try and breathe. I know your pain. I just got over a cold a few weeks ago and anxiety always amplifies small feelings. Feel better!!! :)
