ummm hard to tell.. first day was great but was to good to be true. next 3 days were not good days..i assume it takes time.so I'll continue doing this for awhile and keep updating....it's this damn stomache pulsing that gets me everytime..

just a quick update on the supplements....so far i feel like my anxiety is getting worse each day more shaky and more rapid heartbeats....i don't feel like this is helping me at all..what to do?

I tried some "Twinnings finest chamomile tea" the other day.
The package advertised... "a moment of calm"

I must say it was foul, lol... and didn't have any noticeable calming effect.

(What it DID do however, was give me the experience of dragging my tongue across a herb garden... YUM)

Is it at all possible that you're expectation of change to your symptoms has bought more of a focus to them?
The magnesium may be doing its job, however extra mind focus on the symptoms is counter-acting it?

I have been taking magnesium for muscle cramps (back injury) for a few months, and i only just found out, since joining this forum, that they work against the physical symptoms of anxiety too.
Now i am wondering if my worst anxious days were also the days that i forgot, or skipped my magnesium???
