I've been having back pains off and on. I know I suffer from over thinking due to my anxiety . :/
The back pains I have diagnosed myself with something wrong with my colon cause I've been having problems using the restroom along with the back pain.
Along with that I've had shortness of breath and some dizziness . I dont know what to do or how to think . ???

Stomach issues and anxiety go hand in hand for many. Your intestines are effected by your nervous system(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enteric_nervous_system) and has a nervous system of it's own so I bet you colon is fine. Alankay
