Im new and glad I found this board...I have had anxiety/agoraphobia for 10 yrs......I can leave the house locally, but have difficulty traveling long distances....

hello to everyone here in the forum. first and foremost i am glad to see that i am not alone with an anxiety problem. i am a newbie here and i am glad that i learned about this site. i look forward to reading your post as well as posting my own experiences.
