Is my Fainting and Anxiety issues on in the same?

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum. Last week I fainted in front of my client. Out of the blue it just happened. After rushing me to the emergency doc said all the tests were fine. He did mention I was moderatley dehydrated though. I took all the tests including a ct scan cause I landed on my head. All negative. A week later and I think my anxieties have taken over. Dizzy spells, heart palpitations, the works! I have been taking Lexapro 20mg for a few years. I started with 10mg 5 yrs ago. I am starting to believe this medication isnt cutting it anymore? Anyone out there can relate? My days since the fainting episode seem to be getting better but a still am getting dizzy spells wondering if I might faint again. any advice would be very helpful.

Could be time to try another ssri like zoloft or fluoxetine. You also might talk to your doc about adding buspar. ssri's can pop out but if you doing OK ask about adding buspar if you're up to trying that. You'll likely need to dose AM and PM with that med.
You could also try fluoxetine and the option to try effexor(since it works on adrenaline also) might be talked over with the doc. Stay on you feet!:) PM me anytime. Alankay
