Sorry I did not see this till now!;) I'm having a rough couple days with my physical sensations and I'm worried they will get really bad again. I'm even starting to feel the shaking coming on again. I'm scared

You aren't alone. I'm having a flare up of anxious symptoms also....i get so exhausted sometimes with this anxiety disorder.
