Hi all,
Lately i've been at the hands of the negative self fulfilling prophecy. I haven't believed in myself for quite some time now, and it has been affecting my relationships with family, friends, and co workers. I'm scared I am turning into a cold-hearted, self absorbed, lazy person because I have been so wrapped up in my own problems and thoughts. I've been scared to do kind things for other people recently because of the (intense) fear of rejection, or of being taken advantage of.
I feel like if I started to believe in myself then this would stop. But its easier said than done.
Any people with similar experiences?
