Endless cycle of anxiety

Every day, I think about not blushing and it's on my mind so much that in social situations, I beg myself not to blush and of course the opposite happens. How do I en this humiliating cycle?

1st - it's not humiliating
2nd - maybe you don't blush but you think you are blushing, even if you are not
3-don't beg yourself not to blush, be more like - I don't care if I blush, even if you blush, try to act confident :)

I always found girls who blush to be cute. From a guy's point of view it's nothing out of the ordinary. Honestly.
