Muscel twitches and slightly elivated body temp

Is this normal with anxiety? I have been siphoned with anxiety about 6months ago but am now worried there is something really bad wrong also my legs ache

Hi , I get restless leg at night & it jumps about of its own accord , I also get a twitch in my eye . I have been told its related to being in an anxious state . Are you on any medication ? Sometimes some med's can cause muscle stiffness or twitching !

Yea sure .
I often get really dizzy spells to the point where I wobble over sometimes.
I put it down to the medication .
I get light headed & the room seems to move & I loose my balance sometimes .
When I'm out & about , shopping for example I can feel myself getting more & more disorientated & that's when the panic sets in !. I have never fainted , but am scared that I will .
I have had to put it down to medication as there doesn't seem to be any other reason for it .
Low blood sugar could be a factor ??
I do feel for you because it's horrible to live with .
Could it be your body getting used to your med's?:-/
