Hello all,
I was doing well with my anxiety, keeping OT under control by myself. But the fast couple of days has been terrible. Aches and pains everywhere. The one thing I wanted to know, is why my left arm "has" to be the arm that feels sore. I do get chest pains, on the left side as well. It's not radiating pain and I have had EKG and blood work done for my heart, all came back normal. Does anyone know if there is a muscle connection? Does anyone else get the arm pain? It just frustrating sometimes, it seems like a new day, a new pain.
