Weird lip feeling

Idk if this is related to anxiety or not. But today I woke up and went to work, haven't had anything to eat but my lip feels like its swollen. It doesn't appear to be, but it feels like it is. Idk it's just weird feeling and not comforting.

It drives me nuts that everyday has a different symptom. It seems like it's just a treadmill of issues.
