Head and body feel weird

I suffer with bad anxiety and today I got a twinge in my head but I didn't get a headache but all afternoon rite through till now my head has been feeling weird and floaty , my vision seems out ov focus , and been a bit shaky as I'm constantly thinking there's summet really wrong with me, I'm convinced I have a brain tumour or summet like that as I always get headaches :(

Relax, it's just your anxiety.. Your feeding it by thinking u have a brain tumor... if u would of had one trust me!! You will know!! ..

I no wot u mean and I really do try and relax its just hard wish these thoughts would go away it's drive me mad
