whats the best medication people have had

i am currently on lustral 50 mg
i have previously had citralopram 20mg then got upped to 40mg and neither have helped me so far.

Something you said interested me - dont k now if it will go and dont know wht to do. I have studied this for years and have not found any thing that works - so I constantly say I dont know wht to do - does that drive the anxiety??
