-feeling constantly dizzy
-sometimes struggle to take deep breaths
-felling like i am sinking in to things

-like no one else understand how i feel

i am always visiting my gp with every slightest feeling and no matter what he tells me its just the anxiety but i carnt seem to get it threw to myself that its just anxiety,i was referd to a therapist and thats not much help, i worry in case i have more seriouse illnesses.

I have only tried the lustral and citralopram but they dont do anything for me and all the therapist does is wants me to answer questions on how i feel and gets me to rate it out of 10 :/

what have you tried?

Hello yes I used to feel the same way I asked my doctor. I told my doctor that i was feeling this weird sensations he told me I was side effects of the pills. After three months feeling this Weers feeling I stop my pills instead of taking two pills I was taking one pill but I started exercising really hard and hour a day and that helped a lot but I'm not asking you to do this you should talk to your doctor many doctors think peals is a solution there's a Lotta other ways up there and I just pills

Hi Bee bee, When I was going through the anxiety when I was 18 ,my counselor told me write down every night how you felt during the day, what went how, decribe your attack if you had one. it really helped me. if your counselor is not working for you, just move to another counselor. I hope this helps :)
