Just wanted to say how happy I am that I found this App on my phone, when suffering with anxiety you really do feel alone and like your the only person who feels like it, I feel embarrassed about how I am, but I'm so grateful to read peoples honest story's and problems on here as it makes me feel less alone, thank you.
