I take 20mg, I'm a little tired, but it seems to be helping me quite a but! I was on 10mg of Lexapro & it worked good until I had a panic attack. I think I'm doing much better on Citropram. I've been taking it for almost 3 mo's

My dose was out up from 30mg to 40mg about 4 months ago. However, I am currently experiencing panic attacks, although I feel it helps with my depression issues. I only experienced side effects for a few weeks when I started taking it but I do think it can cause tiredness. The problem I have with it is withdrawl symptoms when either reducing the dose or trying to come off it.
