I was thinking of taking a Calcium+Magnesium+Zinc+D3 supplement. I know that magnesium is said to help with anxiety and I have read on here that calcium can make anxiety worse? I do not get a very well balanced diet and I get next to no calcium. I used to drink gallons of milk a week but stopped after having some stomach issues. I have taken calcium supplements and them seem to help my anxiety and have never made it worse. I wanted to take the combination because I know that taking Calcium can deplete magnesium levels and vise versa. Also I have had problems with TMJ pain and tight, sore, and twitching muscles. I don't know if this could just be caused by the anxiety and stress but I feel like I could be lacking in Magnesium and Calcium.
Anyone have any experience with taking these in combination or separately?
Also has anyone else had similar muscle issues? It seems like everyday I wake up with sore/ weak calves and my joints sometimes hurt.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
