Hi everybody, so I've come across this programme and was wondering if it actually works.

It seems good and its not overly expensive and I need help cause the anxiety is getting too much.

Any help would be appreciated

I had them e-mail me the mini lessons and he has some really good techniques. I used the calm clinic program and it helped some what but the anxiety is still there.
