When I am in an anxious state, I am hyper sensitive to light and colour. If I have a panic attack, I often have eyelid flickers.
I don't think that these symptoms cause any kind of long term damage though.

I have eye issues when my anxiety is bad. I get tunnel vision, blurred vision and white spots. I also am very light sensitive (can't leave the house without sunglasses) and I get eye strain really easily.

I always suffer with my eyes wen ive got anxiety, I have had them tested and they are fine, then it always follows on with a headache, everything looks weird , like I can't focus and I feel like I'm swaying, it can last anything from minutes to hours it's so frustrating :(
