Hi everyone, I'm going away for the weekend next Friday and I'm getting really nervous about it, I never ever leave my home town coz its like my comfort zone were I feel safe, it's just 2 nites I'm away wiv my boyfriend but I'm scared ov having anxiety/ panic while I'm away has anybody got any advice on how to try and stay calm and not flip out while I'm away thanks xxx
