Sexual Anxiety?

Hi, ive been dating my girlfriend for a little over a month now and as i already struggle with social anxiety i have noticed that its hard for me to "finish" in the bedroom. I constantly am thinking about other things and its hard for me to enjoy myself, leaving myself feeling emasculated and embarrassed. Any advice??

simply explain to your gf what the problem is. hopefully that will ease part of your anxiety.
otherwise, you're probably just going to have to give it a bit of time.

don't feel embarrassed though. you aren't alone! i've been with my partner for a while now and i'm still uncomfortable in the bedroom :confused:

hey. yeah you're definetely not alone. another thing you can try is to just focus on your girlfriend. do your best to push all the other thoughts away. and have fun! : )
