I am usually having issues with chest pains. Today it actually became tender to the touch an I actually looked up a condition called costrochondritis which seems like it would make sense. I took Tylenol today and have been fine. So I'm assuming that if it WAS a heart related issue, it wouldn't go away with Tylenol. Just kind of thought it was some what comforting to know. Thought i would tell everyone. Have a good night!

My partner has costochondritis. The fact that you are tender to the touch could definitely indicate that you could have it too.

I would get it checked by a Doctor if I were you and take lots of fish oil supplements.
