Hey everyone, I'm 20 and I am new to this board. I have GAD and I hate it.
I decided to join hoping I would find people who can relate to me. I don't have very
many people in my life that understand and I can talk to so it would be nice to be able
to talk to people who actually understand.

Hiya,i have just joined this site,its hard isnt it to speak to people about your anxiety,if you havnt had it you cant imagine how it feels so people just think we need to get a grip,i have anxiety well i had it years ago all the time and gradually calmed down and been great for yrs but now am 7 months pregnant i am getting anxious about the birth x
