Constant anxiety?

Live in constant anxiety, but not over anything specific really....I just feel constantly frightened but not sure why. The anxiety does not go away, no relief. Anyone else?

I joined here today because of the same exact problem. Either constant anxiety, or a constant dreamy feeling, like nothing is real.

Just know that you are not alone, and this sort of constant feeling is incredibly common when dealing with anxiety disorders.

Personally, I went to an urgent care clinic and got a prescription for Ativan while I wait to see a professional. Even .5mg has helped substantially at taking the edge off.
