Hello everyone. I have had agoraphobia and bad panic attacks about 10 yrs. ago( had these for about 15yrs.). I
was able over time to put it all at rest,,,,until recently. I received in mail last week a notice that I was picked
for jury duty !! Well, full blown panic attacks have started up again. There is no way that I can do that. Just the thought sends my anxiety levels sky high. Have any of you had to deal with this situation before ? i just don't know what to do. I do know that I cannot do this at this time..lots of different stress factions involved here lately..I would truly appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you, Daffy
