hot cheeks

Does anyone else get 1 hot cheek or both cheeks..it almost feels like a fever..just weird.

I had my first major "attack" just a few days ago and ended up in the ER. My sister looks at me and asks, "Do you have blusher on?" YEAH, RIGHT! I'm thinking I'm losing my mind or worse, and of COURSE I stopped and put on blusher so my cheeks would be red. I had to laugh (which helped.) So yes, I did look like I had run a marathon even though my heart rate was fine - but my BP was higher than it should have been.

this is a very common anxiety symptom; harmless but it feels weird!! I get a hot face, ears, etc.

Yep.. When I'm forced into or in a situation that makes me uncomfortable, my cheeks get really pink and hot.. My ears get hot and my whole body just starts to get warm. I start to sweat and get nervous. When I talk, it feels like the walls are closing in and then to me, my voice sounds funny. I'm told that I speak quieter and quieter when this happens. I also get fidgety.. LOL Definitely common issue...
