Cold sweats..

Hey guys.. Today hasn't been very well for me.. I been felling super tired a little dizzy and cold sweats.. the cold sweats are new to me so my question to u guys is if anxiety causes cold sweats..??

I have really bad nite cold sweats, sometimes I have to get and chan nt bed, av had every test under the sun, now I just put it down to anxiety xx
