For the past half year I had been having bad headache, really bad till I cant concentrate on anything or do anything, on medication of lexapro for 7yrs, had been anxiety for
10yrs, now already 32yrs old, had been going to see doctor whenever headache, the headache together with giddiness made me even anxious, I really very very sad, had been asking why must I be so anxious n why must I had headache n why must I suffer, all why?????????????? Nobody is there for me, I can't even talk to anyone about how I feel, every now n then I feel like shouting out cos of this headache, I really hate it, the pain is unbearable, I really don't know what inside my head that made me so pain, is it tumour or is it anxiety, even doctor can't tell, they just refer me to see neurosurgery doctor, sometimes doctor even think I have stroke as is similar to stroke symptom, really hard to tell anyone

I've had a headache for 10 years and I'm 31 so I know exactly how u feel. I took lexapro for a few years and now I am on Zoloft and Xanax but I still feel like crap. I am going to try some non prescription things again n see if this time I can get it

Lexapro gave me a headache like that I had to be taken off it. Are there any other meds you are taking that could be interacting?

Feverfew is a herb in tablet form u can get from health food shop. It will kick in after about 4 weeks. Amazing herb. I had migraines weekly with sickness feeling wvery night for 8 months. It worked for me. Worth a try?

i have tension headaches too, on zoloft but not really sure it is helping, probably stress related as well, since i have 2 young kids at home, and work full-time on top of that, hope you and i find some relief too.

It's awful when you have some sort of physical pain but the doctor's can't find a reason behind it. But at least you know then that it's not something sinister like a tumour. Often anxiety manifests itself with physical symptoms like headaches and dizziness. I used to suffer from bad headaches and would take lots of pain killers which is never good! I got my eyes tested and that has helped somewhat as I found out I needed glasses. I also try to drink plenty of fluids and eat at regular intervals because if I don't that can bring on a sore head and dizziness. I also got a mouth guard/splint made by my dentist as i clench my teeth and that caused headaches. I wear this at night when I am in bed and it has worked wonders- I clenched my teeth when I slept and wearing the splint makes it impossible to do this. I often find that anxiety can make me feel giddy but another reason could be a problem with your inner ear. have you had that checked out? Labyrinthitis or other inner ear disorders can make you feel really weird- dizzy, off balance, blurry etc.
I hope you find a solution soon and remember that forums like this are there for support when you feel lonely and like you have no one else to talk to. Hopefully chatting here may help you as well. x
