Hi,

I came off Lexapro (Cipralex in Europe) last year pretty much cold turkey, and had a great number of Lexapro withdrawal symptoms. I started a blog as a resource for other people out there who are considering kicking their antidepressants, or who already have and are suffering because of it. If you'd like to check it out, the address is http://withdrawalsymptoms.us.

Have a great day, and thanks for reading my post!

As a caution.
As there are a great deal of these anxiety medications attainable, as you can see from the list above, it’s in your best interest to talk with your doctor or psychiatrist first so they can suggest the best course of therapy for you. This is shrewd as some of these anxiety medications can interact with other substances and produce life threatening situations.

Mytavin.com is a good source to find out if your medication is stripping your body of vitamins and the side effects of being depleted in that particular vitamin. It's free!
