Feeling very anxious at the moment

Hey guys I need some help!!

I've been feeling anxious since yesterday like if I'm losing grip!!

Not sure if it's because I'm waiting for the clinic to call me back to tell me that they sent in my prescription (Paxil) to the pharmacy..nervous to take it too!!

I just want my anxiety to stop already!! I want to feel normal.....

Thanks for the reassurance I just got out of bed and told my dad if he can go on a walk with me to get out and to release some of that stress and keep my mind busy....cause I get moments of freaking out sometimes but it never get to a panic attack at the moment
