Funny feeling due to meds or the anxiety/depression?

I took my Ativan this morning and then again a little while ago.. But I feel almost like I'm not inside myself but rather just observing myself as I write this.. It's almost like a weird spacey feeling... I don't know if it's because of the meds or if it's the anxiety/depression. Does anyone know what it could be? It isn't the first time I've felt like this but it's been a while since I felt like this.. Plus, today I have felt really mellowed out.. Not exactly relaxed, but not all keyed up, not sad, not depressed, etc.. Just... here.. I don't know how else to explain it..

Maybe someone else knows what I mean or has been experiencing this too???

Could be due to either. I know people who have had weird reactions to benzos before. I would call the pharmacy or your doctor. If you are feeling bad, consider not taking any more for a while.

Yeah I feel good overall.. and that spacey feeling went away.. I guess it was just one of those weird days.. I'll just keep an eye on things and see if it continues over the next few days..
