Hi I am Joanne, was just wondering will we die from too much anxiety and panic over symptoms that happen on us, feeling very stress daily cos of the symptoms that happen in my body, sometimes breathing difficulty, chest pain n tightness, gastric reflux, hand n leg numb, shiver, head pain n giddy, nausea n vomit, a lot more, everyday live in fear, scare of having all this, especially during in the night rush out of the house when all this symptoms came out, rather sad of having this sickness, although knew that is anxiety but still need to ensure I am not suffering any serious illness that made me rush to hospital to check, had been going through all this for 10yrs, none stop making my life miserable, when telling others, they will say I think too much just rest will do, how to stop all this, on medication n therapy treatment, but still had not stopped all this symptoms to stop hunting me, every single night made me scare n fear
