Chest pains and back pain

ok so i am having chest pains and back pain. i have never had this happen before and its painful and scary. i need help

I have had that from anxiety as well, I know what it feels like. It's all the anxiety

I get chest pains every day. Sometimes they're sharp and only last a breath or a couple of seconds. Other times they're dull-average and can last for a day or more. I find keeping busy tends to take my mind off it and the pain dulls even more so and sometimes completely stops. I'm not too sure what to suggest regarding distracting yourself, i'm still trying to figure this out myself.

I had the same thing, was diagnosed with costochondritis, as a matter of fact I'm going through an episode right now, not fun at all when you worry about everything :(
