had a pretty bad migraine....

Anxiety in the morning..... All the way up until i felt the migraine coming... Then the migraine hit me hard and started a panic.... Now i just feel anxious and drained... And tired

they are awful things to have. do you get the aura with it? and does it take you a while to recover after you have had one. i experienced my first one in january and now im extreamly sensitive to light and have head pressure and wont go anywhere with out my sunglasses, since then i get one a month it suxs! so totally no how you feel :(

No arora but when those happen they are really bad.... I know but yeah its taking me awhile to recover even after its gone how bout you?
