Once you get a hold on your anxiety, you will have less trouble with this. Don't get down on yourself. What are you doing to work on your anxiety?

This is a really common thing us anxiety peeps have to go through. I find that meditation really helps me to improve my concentration levels. And breathing exercises.

Thanks.... Where did you find out how to meditate ? any resources you could share ?

The feeling gets easier to deal with. The only time I have concentration/memory issues is when I'm experiencing derealization. But yea, hang in there!
