HEADACHES

Does anybody have headaches everyday???

I've been having them for over a week now and its been EVERDAY! Which comes and goes. I'm not sleeping much really so I dont know if its because im tired? I've been going to bed at like 2am-3am for the past couple of weeks could this be it?

Possibly do you Drink a lot of caffine or eat a lot of sugar? too much of either of these or not enough fluid intake can cause regular headaches.

I usually sleep from 3am to 7am when I have a bad night. I get maybe two good nights of sleep a week. I worry to much to fall asleep. :( I only get headaches once a week or so but everyone's body is different. I did get headaches everyday before I got glasses though.

Yeah my wife had a similar issue she got glasses and now she doesn't get headaches so often. I tend to sleep little its an anxiety thing I'm getting better though.
