Can not eat

I Can not eat I have so much anxiety and muscle tension in my stomach and some times I feel hot and shake.Anybody else have this?

Yeah i do.... I feel shake and nervous for no reason... And feel tired but i don't know why and get dizzy and have sharp pains in my head along with brain fog.... Its all anxiety

Eating is hard for me too and it makes me even more anxious in situation where people can tell that I'm not eating much (like going out to dinner). Be patient and don't over think it. Sometimes I try to at least drink some juice to get some calories and vitamins in my system. See if that helps at all.

I have trouble with it too sometimes. What I find helps is to put a piece of food in my mouth and just start chewing..... and keep chewing..... once it's in there your body will make you swallow at some point :)

Get yourself some single serving protein shakes, they are easier to go down.
