My name is Britannia (24yrs old) and I have been suffering Social Anxiety and at one point Agrophobia since I was about 20. I have gone to Cognitivited behavior therapy with great results. I lived without panic for 1 1/2 years.

However I suffered a late miscarriage and some serious complications that left me ill for months. I panic over my health and the fear of this happening again. I try to reason myself, but with very little success.

I suffer through major panic attacks. Those I can handle them by talking myself down and hopefully with time i can get those under control.... However its this feeling of always being on the "Edge" of panicing that has me concerned. I'm not able to talk myself down because there is no panic YET. It's just a bizzarre feeling that i can't shake!

Anyone have this edgy feeling? How can I lessen this? I personally have been off medication because I want to feel my panic in order to be able to work through it.

Is it normal to go back and forth through recovery?
